MUSIC ESSENCES - A HEALING JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS

with Katalin Kertesz 

Katalin has created 32 vibrational essences from the solo violin music of J.S.Bach. They appear to work as tools to support the joyful process of becoming more conscious of our experience as human beings, and thereby inspire healing and transformation.

During the evening there will be the opportunity to tune into the music behind 8 essences, played live by Katalin, with a meditative focus on the chakras. We will explore 'full body listening' - a state of expanded awareness, sensing where in the body the music resonates - and experience the gentle healing power and pure inspiration of Bach's music.

The workshop is an ideal introduction to Music Essences. It also offers in itself an opportunity to open to profound transformation.

The two-day workshop encompasses 32 meditations that give the opportunity to tune into the music behind each essence, played live by Katalin. This ‘Full body listening’ approach can inspire healing, as aspects of the music resonate with our core being.
