With this CD you can tune into the music behind eight of the essences. Each essence is presented in the form of a musical meditation. The first seven essences each resonate in particular with a chakra, starting with the root/base and finishing with the crown. The eighth, “Angelic Protection”, is ideal for grounding, and to conclude the session.

The water/ambient sounds carry embedded in them a resonance layer enabling the energy field of the essence itself to be reproduced in the listening space. Though incorporated in all tracks, the even tracks 2, 4, 6 etc. include only the resonance signal (contained within the water/ambient sound). These can be used either following or as an alternative to the tracks with music.

This CD contains meditations corresponding to the chakras, and a grounding meditation to finish. There is no right or wrong way to listen, but we recommend using the music as a meditation focus, directing attention to the whole body along with any thoughts, visions or emotions that may surface. The tracks with water/ambience alone may help deepen the experience.
