In Modern day life we are surrounded by electromagnetic fields, emitted by computers, mobile phones and even the wiring in the walls of our buildings. By constantly subjecting ourselves to these influences our energy levels are affected, because the stress involved leaves us depleted and exhausted. Interestingly, spritual grounding appears to help in a similar way to physical, electrical grounding: electromagnetic influences seem much less disturbing, we connect back to the Earth and receive valuable life-force energy, giving us renewed stability and boosting our immunity to stress. Inspired by this effect, we created this spray, combining a Music Essence called Mother Earth with highly grounding gem essences. The spray has a fresh, woody, forest-like scent.

What is grounding?

Grounding Techniques

Generaly, activities that remind us of nature can have grounding efects. Taking off your shoes and standing on the earth, meditation on your connection with the earth, visualising roots and awareness of your body (yoga, tai chi etc.) can all influence your sense of wellbeing. There are also tools for spiritual grounding, including crystals, plants and water. EMF Support utilises all of these.
