How to use the essences:

Stock or Combination Essences Suggestions

• Before taking an essence, we suggest a few moments stillness, as they will operate more effectively with a clear, focussed state.
• Take 2 drops (individual essences), or 4 drops (combination essences) directly from the stock bottle, under the tongue, or as directed by your practitioner.
• Place a drop directly onto a chakra or acupressure point.
• Essences can also be taken in a glass of water or added to bath water.
• To make up combinations that you intend to keep for a period of time, add a few drops to a mix of 50% water with 50% vodka or brandy.

Aura Sprays and Massage Oils

• For external use only.
• These products contain essential oils.
• If you think you are pregnant, suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy or asthma, consult your health practitioner before use.

Music Essences™ are based around the human drama, and what it means to be human. They are ideal for facing core fears, releasing karma, unearthing unconscious limiting beliefs, and reconnecting to forgotten aspects of the Soul. One way of visualising the Essences in action would be to see them as allowing the downloading into the physical body’s sphere of awareness of information residing in the subtle bodies; another would be to view it as the expansion of the consciousness of the patient or user, a widening of his or her perspective. Either way, where this process meets a mental, emotional or physical block, healing is likely to be triggered.
